We deliver on-site lifesaving training and personal readiness coaching where people live, work, and gather. Our free Hands-Only CPR popups, certification classes, and Seat Bank support make lifesaving skills accessible to everyone.

why we do it

Ready or Not?

We deliver emergency readiness training where Mississippi lives, works, and gathers.

You will find us in public libraries, offices, businesses, community groups, churches, and other local hosting sites, sharing practical skills that help people act with confidence when seconds matter.

We prepare bystanders through free Hands Only CPR popups for groups of up to 20 people. In a short, hands on session, participants learn how to:

  • Recognize an emergency
  • Call 911 clearly and quickly
  • Perform Hands Only CPR
  • Use an AED with confidence

For people who need deeper training, we increase emergency readiness with full two year American Red Cross certification classes, including:

  • Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Workers

Our Seat Bank removes cost barriers so people are not turned away when they want or need this training.

ReadyMeNow is a fully insured American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider. Our certification courses meet OSHA workplace training requirements and are taught by qualified instructors who care about the people and communities they serve.

Stories That Strengthen

Learning that Lifts

Stories That Strengthen is a volunteer-led personal readiness program that helps adults recognize and apply the life lessons within their own experiences.


In free workshops, local Readiness Coaches share simple, relatable stories and guided reflection questions in community settings like churches, libraries, and workplaces. Participants reflect privately, engage in structured, low-pressure group dialogue, and carry practical takeaways into daily life.


This story-based micro-learning model supports stronger decision-making, safer choices, and greater self-advocacy.


As part of our broader goal to expand readiness and basic emergency skills in rural Mississippi, Stories That Strengthen builds connection, confidence, and a foundation for long-term community resilience.
